Message Frequency and Charges

• Message frequency: 2-4 messages per month on average
• Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
• We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may
• Premium messaging rates never apply to our services

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to:

• Receive messages at the phone number provided, even if listed on Do Not Call registries

• HELP: Get support information and contact details
• START/UNSTOP: Resume receiving messages after opting out

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with all major US carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations. We will never:

• Share your phone number with third parties for marketing
• Send messages outside permitted hours (8 AM - 9 PM local time)
• Send marketing messages without explicit consent
• Continue messaging after you opt-out

Data Retention

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are retained for:

• Active consent: As long as you remain opted-in
• After opt-out: 5 years for compliance documentation
• Delivery records: 90 days for troubleshooting

Payment Terms

For professional services:

• Payment is due according to the terms in your service agreement
